1. The service
comicsad is an online tool that uses AI to turn your brief into comic ads, their translations, social media copy and short videos. The operator is comicsad, –.
2. Account
You need an account with a confirmed email. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. One person or business may hold one free account.
3. Credits
The service is paid for with credits. Welcome credits are free, have no cash value and cannot be paid out. The price of each action is shown before you run it; if an action fails, the credits are returned.
4. Your content and outputs
You are responsible for having the rights to the content you enter (logo, photos, text) and for not infringing third-party rights or the law with it. You may use the outputs created for you in your advertising. AI can make mistakes; check outputs before publishing.
5. Prohibited use
You must not use the service to advertise unlawful goods or services, for hateful, deceptive or abusive content, or to burden the service by automated means.
6. Availability and liability
We provide the service as is and aim for high availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Liability for damages is limited to the extent permitted by law.
7. Termination
You can close your account at any time. If these terms are breached we may restrict or close it.
8. Changes and governing law
We may change these terms and will notify you in advance of material changes. Czech law applies. Contact: no-reply@comicsad.com.
